Organisations that run tests, certifications and hiring use Talview to protect the integrity of every assessment and interview. This is a pure outbound role. You will not wait for leads. You will find the accounts, start cold conversations with decision-makers who have never heard of Talview, and turn them into qualified meetings for sales. Every day is prospecting, cold calling, cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach, measured on activity and meetings booked. Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Prospect daily: research and build target account and contact lists against Talview's ideal customer profile
- Cold call decision-makers, get secure discovery meetings
- Write and send personalized cold email sequences that earn replies
- Run LinkedIn outreach (connects, comments, DMs) in sync with email and calls as one cadence
- Multithread every account: reach several stakeholders, not just one contact




- Handle first-call objections and qualify interest before handing off to Sales
- Hit daily and weekly activity targets for calls, emails and LinkedIn touches
- Load, monitor and optimise campaigns in Instantly using reply and meeting rates
- Use AI tools for account research and personalisation, verifying every fact before it goes out
