Responsibilities:
- Provide effective academic and administrative leadership to the school.
- Ensure implementation of CBSE/Cambridge curriculum and educational guidelines.
- Supervise and monitor teaching and learning standards.
- Lead, mentor and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop academic plans, timetables and school policies.
- Monitor students' academic performance and overall development.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a safe, positive learning environment.
- Coordinate with parents, teachers and school management.
- Conduct staff meetings, parent interactions and academic reviews.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/Cambridge affiliation norms and regulations.

- Master's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- B.
Ed is mandatory.
- M.
Ed will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in school administration or academic leadership.
- Experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
- Strong knowledge of school administration and academic operations. Preferred Candidate:
