Role & responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage complete life-cycle hiring for both exempt and non-exempt supply chain, warehouse, and logistics positions.
- Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with operations and senior management to understand workforce demands, define qualification criteria, and build targeted hiring strategies.
- Logistics-Specific Sourcing: Source candidates for specialized rolessuch as transportation planning, direct/indirect procurement, fleet management, and distribution—using Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and industry networks.
