Role & responsibilities 1. Very good written and verbal communication skills; is familiar with business and phone protocols. 2. Experience of 6 months 2 year working in US Health Insurance environment is preferable, but not compulsory. 3. Experience taking calls in an international inbound or outbound call center is an advantage, but not compulsory 4. Should be able to work in night shift, according to US office timings and holiday calendar 5. Has valuable typing speed, alphabets & alphanumeric (40 wpm). 6. Basic working knowledge of computers. 7. Should be willing to work on Indian holidays. 8. Should be willing to work from office every day. 9. Candidate should be 10kms surrounding to our office location (Viman nagar) Preferred candidate profile 6 months -2 Year Voice experience (US call centre) Any Graduate
