We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Assistant Director Data Analytics And Artificial Intelligence. In this role, you will:
• Deep understanding of network topology,centrality metrics and preferred hands-on experience with graph-Data scientist like Neo4j/TigerGraph etc
• Efficiency in graph query languages and sound concept of graph machine learning is preferred
• Ability to translate business issues into concrete graph problems.
• Act as an Subject Matter Expertise/consultant on a functional area, conceptualize analytical solution for the business problem at hand for multiple businesses/region
• Owns delivery of high quality analytical solutions for the business stakeholders across one of more regions
• Partner with business leaders in developing & owning analytical strategies to achieve business goals.
• Supports innovative analytical thinking & solutions that results into improved business performance
• Identifying the training & development needs of the team & self to ensure required upskilling happens to stay relevant.
• Prior hands-on experience in Banking domain and Fraud/Financial Crime tools and platforms will be preferred To be successful you will:
• 7 to 10 years of hands-on analytics experience solving complex business problems using data.



Ability to convert business problems to analytical problems.
• Bachelors/ Master’s degree from reputed university in statistics, economics or any other quantitative fields
• Strong analytical skills with business analysis aptitude. Knowledge and understanding of financial services/ banking-operations is preferred.
• Coaching junior team members and designing graph schema modeling
• Valuable foundation in programming skills (R, Python, Statistical Analysis System, Structured Query Language, Cloud Technologies or other equivalent analytical tools)
• Strong data handing skillset. Ability to visualize datasets and tell a story through data.
• Proven expertise in building statistical and (or) Machine Learning models for solving diverse business challenges and creating significant business value
• Knowledge and exposure to cloud analytics platform such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services Redshift , Azure would be a plus but not mandatory
