Designation Vice President - Regulatory Reporting
Job Description
Oversee the calculation, validation, and reporting of capital adequacy metrics, including Risk-Weighted Assets (RWA), leverage ratios, counterparty credit risk, market risk, settlement risk, and large exposures.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of regulatory returns, including COREP and Large Exposure reporting, in line with applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor regulatory reporting deadlines, maintain supporting documentation, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
Support capital optimization initiatives through regulatory capital analysis, reporting insights, and coordination with relevant Finance and Risk teams.
Identify process inefficiencies, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.

Desired Profile




Experienced regulatory reporting skilled with robust knowledge of Basel III capital adequacy requirements and banking regulations.
Knowledge of capital adequacy, RWA, leverage ratios, counterparty credit risk, market risk, and large exposure requirements.
Ability to manage complex reporting processes across multiple legal entities and international locations.
Proven ability to improve processes, strengthen controls, and implement automation or technology-led enhancements
Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, and Excel VBA/macros.
