Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
B.Tech / B.Sc. in Food Technology
Job Responsibilities
Assist in daily plant operations, production activities and process monitoring.
Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, food safety and hygiene practices.
Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams for smooth plant functioning.
Monitor operational processes and support troubleshooting and corrective actions.
Maintain production records, reports and operational documentation.
Follow safety guidelines, company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Basic understanding of manufacturing and plant operations.
Valuable communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to a manufacturing workplace.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, as per operational requirements.
Candidate Profile: Fresh Diploma holders, Engineering Graduates (Mechanical / Electrical) and B.Tech / B.Sc. graduates in Food Technology for Plant Operations.
