About the role

We're looking for an HR Executive to look after our people. You'll handle hiring end to end, keep day-to-day HR running smoothly, and help us build a workplace people actually want to stay at.

What you'll do
Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling and offer closures
Work with team leads to understand hiring needs and timelines
Run onboarding, induction and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR documentation
Support monthly payroll processing in coordination with accounts




Plan employee engagement activities, celebrations and team outings
Handle employee queries and resolve concerns fairly and confidentially
Draft and update HR policies as the team grows

What we're looking for
1.5 to 2 years of experience in an HR generalist or recruitment role
Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn, Naukri and Indeed
Basic knowledge of labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
Positive communication skills and a people-first approach

Good to have
Experience hiring for creative, marketing or agency roles
Experience with HRMS tools such as Keka, Zoho People.
