We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have experience in jewellery/retail operations, sales, customer handling, inventory management, and team supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Manage complete day-to-day store operations.
Lead and supervise the store sales team.
Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
Handle customers and ensure an excellent in-store experience.
Manage jewellery/gemstone inventory, stock movement and reconciliation.
Monitor billing, payments, cash handling and daily sales reports.
Maintain visual merchandising and overall store presentation.
Handle customer concerns and support repeat business.




Coordinate with the central team for stock and operational requirements.

Requirements
3–5 years of retail experience, preferably in a jewellery store/showroom.
Robust experience in store operations, sales and customer handling.
Knowledge of jewellery, gemstones and inventory management.
Solid leadership, communication and team management skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and POS/Billing systems.
Experience in premium/luxury jewellery retail and handling high-value customers is preferred.
