Job Title: Executive – Talent Acquisition

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Executive – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bangalore on a 6-month contractual basis. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional with strong experience in SaaS hiring, handling both IT and Non-IT mandates across junior to mid-senior level roles.

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT roles across various business functions.
Handle hiring requirements across junior, mid, and mid-senior level positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other sourcing channels.
Coordinate and manage the interview process, including scheduling, follow-ups, and candidate communication.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.




Build and maintain a quality talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Track hiring progress and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders.
Support offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding coordination where required.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining quality of hire.

Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Proven experience in SaaS hiring with exposure to both IT and Non-IT roles.
Robust experience in hiring across junior to mid-senior level mandates.
Good understanding of various sourcing strategies and recruitment platforms.
Solid communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work with speed, ownership, and attention to detail in a target-driven environment.

Preferred Background
Candidates from the HRTech industry will be highly preferred.
Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or product-based organization will be an added advantage.
