Electrical maintenance of industrial machinery, motors, drives, panels, and plant utilities, AC/DC Drive, VFD, Servo Drive, Motor Control System.
PLC troubleshooting, industrial automation, sensors, instrumentation, Doser System (like Prasad and Plast Control) and analog/digital control systems, Proximity Switch, encoders and limit Switches.
Complete Knowledge of HT /LT, Electrical Wiring.
Preventive and breakdown maintenance, with a focus on minimising machine downtime.
Equipment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintenance documentation, spare parts planning, and coordination with production teams.
