Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/clients and introduce our overseas consultancy services.
Respond to incoming enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Understand the client's educational background, career goals, and overseas study requirements.
Provide basic information about our services, courses, destinations, and application process.
Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain proper records of conversations and leads.
Schedule appointments with our counsellors.
Maintain and update lead information in CRM/software or Excel.
Build a positive relationship with prospective clients through qualified communication.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and follow-up targets.




Coordinate with the counselling and admissions team when required.

Preferred candidate profile
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive command of English, Hindi and Telugu; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Confident and polite telephone manner.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow up consistently.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and target-oriented approach.
Previous telecalling, customer support, sales, or overseas consultancy experience is an advantage.
