Role & responsibilities

Retrieve and gather necessary documents from clients.

Organize and assign documents according to the established process flow.

Respond promptly and professionally to client queries and requests.

Resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely manner.

Address customer communication related to taxation for both recent and existing customers.

Handle customer clarifications and primary escalations.

Obtain client confirmation for the accurate and timely filing of their tax returns.

Service Level Agreement (SLA): Ensure adherence to SLA by responding
