Key Responsibilities:
Installation & Commissioning: Lead and participate in the installation, wiring, and commissioning of BMS, automation, and control systems.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and repair system faults, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of technicians, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to company standards.
Technical Support: Provide on-site and remote support to customers, resolving technical issues promptly.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of service activities, installation reports, and troubleshooting logs.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all work follows industry safety standards, company protocols, and regulatory guidelines.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, addressing technical concerns and providing training when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:Education: Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.




Experience: Minimum 5+ years in BMS, automation, or related fields, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Technical Proficiency:Hands-on experience with PLC, SCADA, HVAC controls, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
Knowledge of wiring diagrams, control panels, and networking for automation systems.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
Soft Skills: Solid problem-solving abilities, leadership, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
Certifications: Any relevant certifications in BMS, automation, or safety standards (preferred).
