General Ledger & Record Keeping
Maintain complete and accurate books of accounts, journals, and general ledgers.
Record and categorize daily financial transactions.
Inspect source documents like invoices, receipts, and expense vouchers.
Accounts Payable & Receivable (AP/AR)
Process vendor invoices and manage supplier payments on time.
Track incoming customer payments and follow up on outstanding collections.
Reconcile trade invoices and credit/debit notes.
Reconciliation & Month-End Closing
Perform monthly bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
Accrue journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement).




Assist management with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and financial forecasting.
Analyze revenue, profit margins, and cost-reduction prospects.
Taxation & Compliance
Prepare and file direct and indirect tax returns (such as GST or corporate taxes depending on region).
Ensure adherence to local regulations and accounting frameworks like GAAP or IFRS.
Auditing Support
Organize financial records and assist internal and external auditors during reviews.
Maintain internal controls to prevent financial discrepancies or fraud.

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
