We are looking for an experienced Site Incharge who can independently manage and supervise the complete day-to-day operations of a construction site.

Key Responsibilities
Manage overall site execution and daily activities.
Supervise civil, structural, finishing and MEP-related works.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects and vendors.
Manage manpower, materials, machinery and site resources.
Monitor quality, safety and project timelines.
Allocate daily work and monitor productivity.
Track project progress and resolve site-related issues.
Maintain daily site reports, manpower records and material records.
Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability.
Monitor contractor work and measurements where required.
Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and discipline at site.
Report daily/weekly progress and site requirements to management.
Take complete ownership of site activities and execution.

Requirements
13+ years of relevant experience in real estate/construction.
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
