Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chartered Accountant to join a reputed manufacturing organisation as a Finance & Accounts Controller. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in finance and accounting operations within a manufacturing company, along with expertise in financial reporting, cash flow management, taxation, banking and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end accounting operations and monthly financial closing.
Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements, MIS reports and financial analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables and customer credit limits.
Manage GST, TDS and other applicable statutory compliances.
Handle inventory valuation, stock audits and reconciliation across locations.
Oversee bank reconciliations, loan renewals,



financing arrangements and CMA data preparation.
Verify purchase and store invoices and manage import payment documentation.
Coordinate internal and statutory audits, tax assessments and financial reporting.
Ensure timely vendor payments, collections and cash flow forecasting.
Lead the finance and accounts team and coordinate with the external CFO.

Requirements
Must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Prior experience in a manufacturing organisation is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, taxation and statutory compliance.
Hands-on experience in cash flow, working capital and banking operations.
Knowledge of inventory accounting, stock audits and ERP/accounting systems.
Robust analytical, problem-solving and team management skills.
Ability to independently manage finance and accounting operations.
