Job Responsibilities:
Perform in-process quality checks during injectable manufacturing and filling operations.
Ensure compliance with GMP, cGMP and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Monitor manufacturing, filling, sealing and packaging activities.
Perform line clearance before starting manufacturing and packaging operations.
Verify BMR (Batch Manufacturing Records) and BPR (Batch Packaging Records).
Ensure proper documentation of in-process activities and observations.
Monitor environmental conditions and hygiene practices in production areas.
Identify deviations and report non-conformities to the QA department.
Ensure adherence to SOPs and quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
Coordinate with Production and QA teams to maintain product quality.
Candidate Requirements:
B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc. / M.Sc. preferred.
1–5 years of experience in IPQA.
Candidates with injectable pharmaceutical manufacturing experience will be preferred.
Positive knowledge of GMP documentation and quality procedures.
