About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organised Marketing & Operations Associate to manage marketing activities and coordinate daily operations across all our business verticals, including Mall of Salon, Make Me Artist, Aveda Education, XNAIL, and Nail Emporium.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate marketing activities and campaigns across all verticals.
Coordinate social media content, creatives, reels, and promotional campaigns.
Manage Google Drive, business data, trackers, and reports.
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and academy partners.
Track leads, campaign performance, follow-ups, and project deadlines.
Support workshops, events, launches, and other business activities.
Assist management with day-to-day operations and execution of plans.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Positive communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
Basic knowledge of social media marketing, Google Sheets, and MS Excel.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
