Conduct site visits and prepare measurements.
Prepare BOQ, cost estimates and quotations.
Analyse material, labour and project costs.
Prepare rate analysis and quantity calculations.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, Designers and Procurement teams.
Monitor project budgets and control costs.
Prepare client bills, vendor bills and measurement sheets.
Track additional works, variations and project expenses.
Ensure timely submission of estimates and bills.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. in Civil Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in Interior / Construction industry.
Valuable knowledge of BOQ, estimation and billing.
Pay: Up to ₹28,000.00 per month
