We are urgently hiring an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for banking field operations. The ideal candidate should possess robust leadership skills, finance sector experience, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit: Maximum 40 Years
Education: Graduation Mandatory
Experience: 2–4 Years in Banking or Finance
Previous team-handling experience preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to achieve assigned targets
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise banking field executives.
Monitor daily field activities and team performance.
Ensure achievement of assigned banking targets.
Manage customer acquisition and bank account opening activities.
Train and motivate team members.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Coordinate with management to improve productivity.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary: Up to ₹40,000 per month
Duty Time: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
