We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing business relationships, understanding customer requirements, presenting products or services, and closing sales opportunities.

The Account Executive will work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, achieClient Handling & Sales
Handle customer inquiries regarding catering services, banquets, and event bookings.
Prepare quotations and proposals for catering orders, corporate events, weddings, and other functions.
Maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individual customers.
Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Identify prospects to increase sales and generate repeat business.
Prepare customer invoices, bills, and payment receipts.
Maintain daily sales reports and transaction records.




Verify customer payments, advances, and outstanding balances.
Follow up with clients for pending payments.
Maintain records of vendor bills and expenses.
Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
Coordinate with the finance department for accounting and payment-related matters.
Maintain customer databases and booking records.
Prepare daily sales and collection reports.
Maintain purchase orders, invoices, receipts, and payment records.
Prepare monthly business performance reports.
Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial and operational records.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
