Job Summary:
Responsible for preparing and serving quality coffee and beverages while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
Take customer orders and provide friendly service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the workstation.
Monitor stock and report shortages.
Ensure beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Barista.
Valuable knowledge of coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
Experience in operating espresso machines and grinders.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Positive attitude, teamwork, and grooming standards.
