Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom-based training in UI/UX design concepts, tools, and methodologies.
Teach UI/UX fundamentals, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Provide hands-on training in Figma, Adobe XD, and other relevant design tools.
Guide students in creating user personas, user journeys, information architecture, and interactive prototypes.
Train students in responsive design, design systems, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
Provide practical assignments, live projects, and portfolio development guidance.
Conduct assessments, resolve student queries, and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare students for interviews and industry requirements.
Keep training content updated with current UI/UX trends and industry practices.





Required Skills
Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles and processes.
Hands-on expertise in Figma; knowledge of Adobe XD or similar tools is an advantage.
Understanding of wireframing, prototyping, user research, and usability testing.
Knowledge of responsive web design, mobile app design, and design systems.
Ability to develop practical projects and guide students in portfolio creation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
