Job Location: Rabale MIDC, Rabale, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra
Working Hours: Day Shift (exact timings to be confirmed)
Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000 per month
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 3–5 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily production planning and execution as per buyer orders.
Supervise grinding, blending, pouch packing, jar packing, labelling, and carton packing.
Manage raw materials, pouches, packaging materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
Maintain accurate stock records in Excel and physical registers.
Supervise 20–40 workers, attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
Coordinate machine setup, breakdowns, and production delays.
Ensure cleaning, hygiene, PPE, metal detector checks, and BRC audit compliance.
Maintain batch-wise traceability and control material consumption and wastage.
Prepare daily production, stock, manpower, and pending dispatch reports.




Independently manage factory-floor operations and report directly to management.

Mandatory Requirements
3–5 years of relevant manufacturing or production experience.
Robust knowledge of inventory management and production planning.
Working knowledge of Excel and stock reconciliation.
Ability to manage workers and daily operations independently.
Hindi and Marathi communication skills with basic English.

Preferred: Experience in spice manufacturing, FMCG, pouch packing, and BRC audits.
