• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, RDS, Lambda, ALB/ELB, and CloudWatch.
• Expert in creating monitoring dashboards, alert policies, workflows, and infrastructure health monitoring solutions.
• Experience in Cloud Operations, Production Support or Managed Services settings. AI & Observability
• Experience leveraging Recent Relic AI capabilities for anomaly detection, intelligent alerting, incident correlation, root cause analysis, and operational insights
• Drive AI-led observability initiatives to reduce alert noise, improve incident response, and lower MTTR.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using AI-powered monitoring insights.
