Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial reporting, accounts receivable, and statutory compliance. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring collections, and ensuring timely preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Prepare revenue reports and accounts receivable ageing reports.

Track customer payments, follow up on outstanding dues, and perform account reconciliations.

Manage cash receipts, bank deposits, and bank reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate and provide support for internal and external audits.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and outstanding receivables.

Maintain accurate accounting records, supporting documents,



and financial statements.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments for accounting-related matters.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

M.Com in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial operations.

Required Skills

Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Hands-on experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or ERP software such as Tally, SAP, or Zoho.

Positive analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Robust attention to detail and the ability to meet reporting deadlines.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
