Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic, target-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should possess solid communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills, with a passion for real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and convert potential customers into successful property bookings.
Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.
Schedule and conduct property site visits with prospective buyers.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversions.
Negotiate with clients and assist in closing property deals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.




Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build solid relationships with customers and channel partners.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Pune’s real estate market is an advantage.
Ability to handle customer objections and close deals.
Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Excel.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
