Job Description – MEP Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise and monitor MEP works at construction sites.
Coordinate electrical, HVAC, plumbing, firefighting and drainage activities.
Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
Identify and resolve site-level technical issues.

Technical Review & Coordination
Review MEP drawings, layouts and technical specifications.
Coordinate with civil, structural, architectural and other project teams.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.

Quality, Safety & Handover
Inspect installations and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Assist in testing, commissioning and handover activities.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site inspection reports, progress reports and relevant documentation.





Required Skills
Knowledge of MEP drawings, site execution and coordination.
Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and firefighting systems.
Minimum 2 years of relevant MEP experience in construction projects.
Valuable coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualification
Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential or commercial construction projects.
Exposure to PMC / site coordination will be preferred.
Candidates based in or near Bhiwandi, Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ulhasnagar, Titwala, Kalher, Kasheli or Shahapur preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
