Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Same field.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of ERP / SAP systems.
Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
Experience in quality inspection, documentation, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports.
Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve quality issues.
Coordinate with production and other departments.
Handle customer complaints and support quality audits.
Maintain quality records and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Solid computer knowledge and reporting skills.
Ability to handle quality documentation and data analysis.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
