Job Responsibilities:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain electrical systems, lighting, DB panels, and power supply.
Attend plumbing issues, water leakage, drainage, and sanitary repairs.
Maintain HVAC systems, AC units, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Handle civil maintenance, painting, carpentry, and general repair work.
Maintain DG sets, pumps, motors, and other utility equipment.
Attend maintenance complaints from hospital departments or hotel guests.
Maintain maintenance checklists, logbooks, and equipment records.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair work.
Follow fire safety, electrical safety, and workplace safety procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
