We are looking for experienced Workday HCM Functional Consultants with robust hands-on experience in Workday HCM modules and an active Workday certification.

Experience: 6–15 Years

Certification: Active Workday Certification is Mandatory

Key Skill :
Solid functional expertise in Workday HCM and the relevant modules listed above.
Hands-on experience in Workday configuration, business process setup, and functional enhancements.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
Experience in business process configuration, functional testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Knowledge of Workday reporting, security, and data management.




Experience supporting Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Robust communication and stakeholder management skills.
An active Workday certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities :
Configure and maintain Workday HCM modules based on business requirements.
Analyze business needs and recommend appropriate Workday functional solutions.
Configure business processes, workflows, and module-specific functionalities.
Support testing, issue resolution, system enhancements, and release updates.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure effective Workday operations.
Provide functional support and maintain configuration documentation.
