Job Description:
To prepare production plan
To Ensure execution of production as per the plan
Job allocation & Manpower distribution
To Supervise & control resources effectively
To Follow standard operating procedures
To Follow safety procedures and processes
Responsible for training and safety of operators and workers
To Ensure accounting of production data
To Maintain high performance working culture at shop floor
To Monitor housekeeping of shop floor
Responsible to check all the steps of production from beginning to end
Responsible to report preparation of raw materials
Responsible for equipment health & maintenance
Preparing daily testing & MIS reports
Collection of samples, checking the quality & reporting the same to seniors/management




Responsible for implementing 5s & MIS
Ensure zero quality defects before dispatches
Responsible for taking photos and videos of raw materials, final dispatches, and loading-unloading of materials whenever necessary to ensure quality and avoid contamination
Follow other necessary processes as and when instructed by management

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
