The Role

Manage CSR fundraising, corporate relationships, proposal development,

implementation, reporting, and compliance in alignment with organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Mobilise CSR funds and build corporate partnerships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, reports, and donor communications.
Support negotiations and finalise CSR agreements.
Ensure transparent reporting and regulatory compliance.
Represent the organisation at networking events and conferences.
Monitor CSR performance and share regular stakeholder updates.

Minimum Qualifications
Required: Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW), Development Studies, Sociology, Sustainability, Public Policy, or a related social sciences field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Social Work (MSW), MBA in Sustainability/CSR, or Master's in Development Studies/Rural Management.
CSR Executive:



Minimum 1 year of experience.
CSR Manager: Minimum 4 years of experience.
Experience in community development, NGO coordination, or CSR initiatives preferred. Relevant BSW/MSW internships will be highly valued.
Solid understanding of social development challenges, stakeholder mapping, and project lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, documentation, and reporting skills to connect corporate teams with grassroots communities.
