Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to completion.
Monitor daily site activities and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, architects, contractors, and clients.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and progress reports.
Manage project budgets, cost control, and resource allocation.
Ensure construction work meets quality standards, approved drawings, and specifications.
Monitor material requirements, procurement, and manpower allocation.
Conduct regular site inspections and project review meetings.
Ensure safety regulations and company procedures are followed at all sites.
Resolve site issues, technical challenges, and project delays.
Verify contractor work progress,



measurements, and bills.
Report project status and updates to company management.

Candidate Requirements
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5–10 years in civil construction project management preferred
Robust leadership, communication, and team management skills
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel, and construction documentation
Ability to handle multiple construction sites and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
