Required Technical Skills
5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and migration.
Robust hands-on experience with:
Exchange Online and Exchange On-Premises
SharePoint Online
OneDrive for Business
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
Experience with Exchange Hybrid and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Microsoft 365 administration and automation.
Hands-on experience with migration tools such as:
BitTitan MigrationWiz
Quest On Demand Migration
AvePoint
ShareGate
Positive understanding of Microsoft 365 licensing and security configurations.
Knowledge of DNS, SMTP, SMTP connectors, and mail flow troubleshooting.
Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD Connect, and identity synchronization.
