Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons aligned with the curriculum.
Foster a protected, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
Implement creative teaching methodologies, experiential learning strategies, and competency-based approaches.
Assess, monitor, and document students’ academic progress and developmental milestones through continuous evaluation.
Differentiate instruction to address diverse learning needs and support individual student growth.
Integrate technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
Maintain classroom discipline while promoting positive behaviour and social-emotional development.
Collaborate with colleagues,



coordinators, and school leadership to achieve educational objectives.
Communicate regularly with parents regarding students’ progress, achievements, and areas requiring support.
Organize and participate in co-curricular activities, school events, assemblies, and special programmes.
Uphold child safety norms, school policies, and ethical skilled standards.
Engage in professional development programmes, workshops, and training initiatives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
