Job Summary:

Lead and manage the Charge Entry, Prebilling Audit, and Charge Rejection teams to ensure accurate billing, timely claim submission, reduced rejections, and compliance with client and payer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily charge entry and prebilling audit activities.
Monitor and resolve charge rejections and billing errors.
Ensure quality, accuracy, and turnaround time targets are met.
Analyze rejection trends and implement corrective actions.
Train, coach, and support team members.
Prepare operational reports and track team performance.
Collaborate with coding, billing, and client teams to improve revenue cycle outcomes.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Healthcare RCM, Medical Billing, or Revenue Cycle Operations.
1–2 years of team handling experience.
Solid knowledge of Charge Entry, Prebilling Audit, and Rejection Management.
Positive analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
