Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document client business requirements.
Configure and implement software applications according to client needs.
Coordinate with clients to understand workflows and recommend suitable solutions.
Conduct application testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Provide end-user training and prepare user manuals and technical documentation.
Coordinate with development, support, and QA teams to resolve technical issues.
Assist with data migration, system integration, and application deployment.
Monitor application performance and ensure smooth implementation.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve client queries.
Prepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.
Ensure timely project delivery and maintain client satisfaction.
