Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized HR Assistant to support day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee documentation, attendance management, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and documentation.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data.
Support employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Coordinate with employees and management on HR-related activities.
Assist with payroll inputs, overtime records, and monthly attendance reports.
Address employee queries and support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Maintain HR documentation and support statutory compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any stream; a qualification in HR or Business Administration is preferred.




1–2 years of experience in HR or HR administration is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and HR documentation.
Positive communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
