Key Responsibilities:
Order confirmation and COD verification.
Abandoned cart recovery through calls and WhatsApp.
Delhivery shipment tracking and delivery follow-ups.
Remittance tracking and payment updation.
Maintaining order, delivery, and payment records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Required Skills:
Must be fluent in Hindi and English.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Training: Initial one-week training will be provided by our team.
Main Goal: Increase order conversions, reduce RTOs, improve successful deliveries, and ensure accurate remittance records.
