OneStream Consultant – Finance Transformation

Job Description

We are hiring a OneStream Consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), financial consolidation, financial close, and FP&A; solutions.

The candidate will support OneStream implementation projects, configure applications, develop business rules, and work with stakeholders to translate finance requirements into effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities
Support OneStream implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and application support.
Build and maintain metadata, business rules, forms, cube views, workflows, and reports.
Develop custom rules and automation for financial consolidation and planning.
Work on financial close, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reconciliations.
Support planning models for sales forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning.




Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare technical documentation, test plans, training materials, and administration guides.

Requirements
4–6 years of EPM implementation experience, including 1–2 years in OneStream.
Hands-on experience with OneStream configuration and development.
Knowledge of VB.NET and/or Python.
Experience with SQL Server and relational databases.
Understanding of financial consolidation, financial close, and FP&A.;
Experience with cloud-based SaaS/PaaS settings.
CA, BE, BTech, MCA, MSc Computer Science, or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications
End-to-end OneStream implementation experience.
Experience with OneStream MarketPlace solutions.
Knowledge of People Planning, CapEx Planning, and consolidation business rules.
