Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and well-groomed Restaurant Server with strong communication and customer-service skills. The candidate should have hands-on experience in restaurant, hotel, café, or premium hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet customers professionally.
Present menus and explain food items to customers.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely order preparation and delivery.
Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas.
Follow restaurant SOPs and food-safety standards.
Ensure proper table setup and service readiness.

Candidate Requirements
3–4 years of experience as a Server / Steward in a restaurant, hotel, or café.




Solid English communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in premium restaurants, hotels, or reputed F&B; brands preferred.
Valuable knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
Excellent customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and professional personality.
Ability to work in a quick-paced restaurant environment.
Knowledge of POS systems will be an advantage.

Preferred Experience

Candidates from reputed restaurants, hotels, cafés, and premium hospitality brands will be preferred.
