Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Accounting Analyst to manage financial reporting, MIS preparation, account reconciliation, and transaction monitoring in our fintech organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
Monitor payments, receipts, settlements, and outstanding transactions.
Identify and resolve financial discrepancies.
Assist with financial reporting, audits, and month-end closing.
Analyse financial data and improve reporting processes.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience.
Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Knowledge of ERP systems and accounting fundamentals.
Robust analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in fintech or financial services will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
