Collaborate With Clients To Gather Requirements And Develop New Features Or Enhancements In Network Operations, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.
Document Network Configurations, Procedures, And Troubleshooting Processes To Maintain Comprehensive Records And Support Knowledge Sharing.

Skill Requirements

Must Have Skills:
Proficient TCP/ IP networking skills
Thorough understanding of Routing and Switching protocols - STP, PVSTP, MSTP, LLDP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, ISIS, BGP etc. with solid hands-on troubleshooting experience
Understanding Of LAN/WAN Technologies And Protocols.
Knowledge Of Network Security Principles And Practices.
