Key Responsibilities
Approach and assist customers in selecting suitable products.
Promote menswear products and explain product features, quality, and pricing.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Apply upselling and cross-selling techniques to improve sales performance.
Maintain product displays, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
Support billing, stock replenishment, and inventory checking.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Maintain proper grooming and follow company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum qualification is Plus Two / Degree.
