Collect academic and personal documents from students.
Verify 10th, Intermediate, Bachelor's and Master's certificates.
Check transcripts, consolidated marks memos and provisional certificates.
Verify passport details and ensure document consistency.
Identify gaps, missing documents and discrepancies.
Coordinate with counsellors and students for pending documents.
Maintain individual student files in an organised manner.
University Application Processing
Process university applications based on counsellor-approved shortlists.
Check university-specific admission requirements.
Create and manage university application portal accounts.
Submit applications through university portals and Uni-Assist.
Upload academic documents in the prescribed format.
Ensure applications are submitted before deadlines.
Track application progress and update the CRM.
Follow up with universities regarding pending applications.




APS Certificate Processing
Guide students regarding APS application documentation.
Check academic documents before APS submission.
Assist students with APS registration and application procedures.
Monitor APS verification status.
Coordinate with students for additional documents or clarification.
Update APS status in the student tracking sheet.
Admission & Offer Letter Follow-up
Monitor university application status regularly.
Follow up on pending admission decisions.
Download and verify offer letters.
Check admission conditions and deadlines.
Coordinate with counsellors regarding offer updates.
Maintain records of conditional and unconditional offers.
Follow up on tuition fee deposits wherever applicable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
