Job Title: Process Trainer – BPO
Location: Chennai - Thoraipakkam

Job Description:
We are hiring a Process Trainer with 2+ years of overall BPO experience and minimum 1 year of trainer experience on papers. The candidate will be responsible for conducting recent hire training, refresher sessions, and ensuring process knowledge and performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct recent hire and refresher trainings
Deliver voice/non-voice process training
Monitor trainee performance
Prepare training materials and reports

Requirements:
2+ years overall BPO experience
Minimum 1 year as Sales Trainer (mandatory)
Valuable communication and presentation skills
Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
