Key Responsibilities:
Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for production and utility equipment.
Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, Water Systems, Compressed Air, Boiler, Chiller, and other utility equipment.
Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain maintenance records, logbooks, SOPs, and calibration schedules.
Coordinate with production, QA, and external vendors for maintenance activities.
Participate in equipment qualification, validation, and commissioning activities.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
