Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to streamline incident management processes and improve response times.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall expertise.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps.
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and service management within AWS environments.
Ability to troubleshoot complex application and infrastructure issues effectively.
Experience in monitoring tools and incident management platforms to ensure system health.
Familiarity with automation and scripting to optimize support workflows.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
